Education is about more than just putting courses online.
A training organization must organize user journeys, monitor distance learners, enable its instructors to intervene at the right time, and maintain a clear overview of its educational activities.
In practice, these tools are quickly scattered across different platforms: an LMS for courses, spreadsheets for tracking, emails for communication, documents for assessments, and separate tools for instructors. Educational data ends up scattered across multiple systems, and the tracking data needed for quality assurance must be reconstructed manually.
This fragmentation takes a toll on everyone: learners no longer know where to look, instructors switch back and forth between tools, and the center struggles to manage it all.
An LMS displays courses. A training organization needs a work environment built around these courses.

Architecture
A hybrid architecture with a clear division of roles.
Cyclademy is not a theme built on top of Moodle. The Django and Nuxt application handles the user experience, workflows, and business logic; Moodle serves as the educational engine for functions where it is relevant, particularly courses and quizzes.
Experience, business logic, instructional management, data, roles, and services remain separate. This allows the product to evolve gradually, without confining the entire experience to the constraints of a traditional LMS.

Quality and traceability
Structured and traceable educational tracking.
Cyclademy was designed to help organizations structure and document their educational progress tracking, and to centralize information that can contribute to their Qualiopi quality assurance process. The data is all available in one place:
- User journeys taken and learner progress.
- Training time.
- Evaluations and results.
- Contributions from the trainers.
- Reports and monitoring metrics.
- The platform facilitates monitoring, traceability, and organization; the quality management system and its certification remain the responsibility of the organization.
White label
A single foundation for different organizations.
Cyclademy is designed to be used by various training organizations, each in an environment with its own unique identity.
The challenge goes beyond the logo or colors: it’s about having a common foundation—roles, user journeys, monitoring, and management—that can be applied in different training contexts. The architecture was designed to support multiple centers, organizations, or partnerships.
