These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of the website nuwide.com and, where available, associated digital services:
project definition user journeys, client portal, project tracking, messaging, document repositories, approval features, quotes, invoices, payments, support, and other features offered by NuWide.

The use of certain features may require acceptance of additional terms and conditions, including the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The public site is normally accessible without an account. Certain features are reserved for users with authorized access.

NuWide may temporarily suspend all or part of its services for maintenance, updates, security, technical incidents, or other legitimate reasons related to the operation of the service.

When an account is created, the user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Access is personal. Users must protect their login credentials and notify NuWide immediately if they suspect unauthorized access.

NuWide may temporarily suspend or secure access when such action is reasonably necessary to protect the account, a project, data, or infrastructure.

When account activation is required, NuWide may send a temporary activation link that allows the user to set up their own authentication methods.

NuWide does not ask users to provide their passwords via email.

The Project Builder user journeys are tools for gathering and organizing initial information about a project.

Use of this website does not constitute a quote, an order, acceptance of a service, or a contractual commitment on the part of NuWide.

The information provided is reviewed before any commercial proposal is made.

The user warrants that they have the necessary rights and authorizations regarding the text, images, logos, files, databases, and other content they submit to NuWide.

This content remains the property of its respective owners.

The user authorizes NuWide to use this content to the extent necessary for the planning, execution, maintenance, or support of the project in question.

The client portal and its messaging system are intended for communications related to your relationship with NuWide.

They must not be used to disseminate content that is illegal, malicious, fraudulent, infringes on the rights of third parties, or is clearly unrelated to the services in question.

The following are specifically prohibited:

• unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access;
• the intentional tampering with services or data;
• unauthorized data extraction;
• the malicious exploitation of a vulnerability;
• circumventing security or authorization measures;
• the distribution of malware;
• Any use contrary to the law.

The legitimate discovery of a vulnerability may be reported to NuWide without exploiting it.

NuWide does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or the customer portal.

Maintenance work, security updates, technical incidents, and events beyond NuWide’s control may cause temporary downtime.

NuWide may restrict or suspend an account in the event of obvious misuse or illegal use, a security threat, a material breach of these Terms of Service, or when maintaining access would pose a serious risk to NuWide, its customers, data, or systems.

When circumstances permit, NuWide informs the user of the reasons for the issue and how to resolve it.

Elements belonging to NuWide are protected under the terms described in the Legal Notice. Access to the website or the customer portal does not confer any ownership rights to these elements.

The rights to a project’s deliverables are governed by the quote, the contract, and the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Data processing related to the use of the site and services is described in the Privacy Policy.

Some features may rely on third-party services. Their availability and terms of service are determined by their respective providers.

The Terms of Use are subject to change to reflect functional, technical, regulatory, or security updates.

When formal acceptance is required, the version presented to and accepted by the user is saved in accordance with NuWide’s versioning process.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections to which they are entitled.
