Right of withdrawal — consumers

Information

When a service contract is entered into remotely with a consumer and the right of withdrawal applies, the consumer generally has 14 days from the date the contract is entered into to exercise that right.

The exceptions and consequences of commencing performance before the expiration of the deadline are those provided for by the regulations and NuWide’s Terms and Conditions.
